History

Founded in 2012, Awakening Angels established itself as a nonprofit organization with one inspiring vision – Improve the quality of life for individuals affected by developmental disabilities, Down syndrome, and Autism through research and innovative quality of life programs.

Funding Research

Awakening Angels supports scientific research aimed at revolutionizing the way we care for patients with developmental difficulties, Down syndrome and Autism. 100% of the funds raised through personal donations and events benefit University Hospitals, Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital and Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.

Improving quality of life

Awakening Angels directly funds the Michael T. George Welcome Center and St. Edward High School’s St. Andre Scholars Program.
